When we stopped by the garden today we were excited to see some red going on! Yahoo!
This tomato was the only one that looked ready to be picked. We have a lot that are still green and many more that are very small.
We're hoping to go by the garden later this week to see how they're doing. There are only a handful that are beginning to ripen, so we want to wait until there are more to make things with. We've got some recipes ready for salsa, sauce and ketchup. I'm not sure how much we'll be able to do because we're moving soon, but one thing is certain--there will be lots to share!
