We have a nephew that celebrated his third birthday, and a niece who is about to turn six. Because of our move, I knew that I wouldn't have time to make them a gift, so I sent them this birthday postcard to let them know something would be on its way soon.
I first drew an outside scene using colored pencils and chalk. I had a frog sticker set and placed a frog, bug and flowers to complete the picture. I haven't done a hand drawing in a while, so it was a fun "kid" thing to do. Isn't it great to just get out the crayons and imagine for a bit?
